She has extensive experience in Histopathology, Cytology and Hematology and is also well versed with interpretation of Clinical pathology results and Total Quality management of the Laboratory.

She is a certified internal auditor for ISO 15189. Her areas of expertise include interpretation of test results, Total quality management, training, and accreditation process for laboratories.

She is a Life member of Indian Medical Association (IMA), Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM) and Foundation Quality of India.
